Do I need an appointment?

We encourage you to make an appointment so that we can provide a more personal service experience if your schedule permits, make an appointment for a weekday or exvening. Since we are less busy during those hours, we’ll have more time to help you find everything you need for your dream wedding.

Can I get extra fabric?

Fabric can be ordered from us.

Do you require a deposit?

A 50% deposit is required at the time of your order and is non-refundable. The balance is due when your dress is ready.

What if time is limited?

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. This final sale policy is consistent with the industry standard for bridal and special occasion apparel.

Do I order a standard size?

We offer made-to-measure on all our gowns, therefore, the dress fits much better, and details are personalized.

What long does it take to make the gowns?

Our standard service is around 12-18 weeks.
